How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who reaches out to Physicallymanaged Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what you can expect from us. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What Can You Bring to Us?

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Physicallymanaged Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Is Something Wrong With a Provider?

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers that keep falling short may be removed. Be aware that Physicallymanaged Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.

How Do You Send a Complaint?

Email contact@physicallymanaged.beer with the following:

  • Your name and the preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you would like

What Comes After?

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider, and then write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
