About Physicallymanaged Concrete and How We Help

Who are we, exactly?

Physicallymanaged Concrete is a referral service for homeowners in Conyers and the Conyers area. We help people planning new concrete driveways, stamped patios and other flatwork find independent local providers.

Why does this service exist?

Hiring for concrete can feel like a gamble. The work is heavy, the weather matters, and a mistake stays in the ground for years. We built this service so you can start with a clear plan and a few good questions. Ask first, pour second.

What kinds of projects fit?

Most requests we see involve new flatwork around the home. That can mean a replacement driveway, a backyard patio, a front walkway, a small pad for a shed or grill, or a set of entry steps. If you are not sure your project fits, describe it anyway. A local provider can tell you what is realistic for your lot and your budget.

How does matching work?

You send a request, or you request a callback to check provider availability. You tell us about your project: the type of slab, rough size and where you live. We then connect you with a provider in our network who handles that kind of work in your area. Availability varies, so ask the provider about timing.

What do we expect from providers?

We ask providers in our network to be upfront. That means:

  • Giving a clear written quote.
  • Explaining the base prep, thickness, joints and finish.
  • Following local rules and permit requirements.
  • Treating homeowners with respect.

You should always confirm licensing and insurance directly with the provider you choose.

What do we not do?

We do not pour, finish, seal or repair concrete. Providers are independent businesses, and they carry out the work and set their own prices. We also do not handle emergency repair or customer-service calls for past jobs.

What about care after the pour?

A new slab needs upkeep. Sealing, keeping salts and harsh chemicals off, clearing drainage paths and filling small cracks early all help. Protect the pour, and it will repay you for years. Your provider can suggest a schedule for your climate.

How are we paid?

Homeowners pay nothing to use this service. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee for connections. That fee does not change how we share advice with you, and you are never required to hire anyone.
